Jake's room

The room has two windows, hardwood floors, and a good sized closet. One of the windows has a nice view of the back yard, firepit, and some woods. The house is nestled at the end of a street, just a few blocks from downtown. It’s small, but cozy. There is a third, shared room that is currently being used for storage, but I want to make it a yoga/meditation/exercise room.

I have lived here for 1 year, and I recently lost my roommate. My passions are cooking, film, music, and the outdoors. I like to have a campfire in the backyard sometimes. I am a pretty easy-going guy. I want a roommate who is honest, kind, and can pay their bills on time. I am currently renting the house on a month to month basis.
