Hi!

We have a super cute 3 separate bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Hoboken (6th and Jefferson) and we are looking for a roomie to fill our 3rd bedroom as early as August 15th and as late as September 1st! This would be a 4/4.5 month lease (ending December 31st) with the potential to extend!

Ideally, we are looking for a non-smoking, female roommate in her mid/late 20s or 30s. The rent is $1000 a month each plus utilities (about $100). Only 1.5 month security required! There are no Realtor fees, but Landlord will be checking for good credit, references and looking for pay stubs.

The room available has a window looking towards the back the building for more privacy and a nice sized closet. The apartment has a large, bright and sunny living room. There is a dishwasher in our kitchen and we also have access to a Washer/Dryer that is right outside our apartment door (inside the building). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. The apartment is only a 13 minute walk to the PATH and there are a few Hop bus stops nearby. There is a parking garage 2 blocks away, but both my roommate and I park on the street and do not have any trouble finding spots!

A little bit about my current roommate and me… My name is Samantha (31 years old) and my roommate’s name is Kristen (30 years old). We are both young professionals from New Jersey that enjoy going out on the weekends, hanging with friends, cooking, shopping, staying in and watching corny chick flicks/trashy reality TV, and just having a good time. We are both super outgoing and easy to get along with. We are respectful and neat with any/all common areas and would definitely want a future roomie to be the same!
