Very nice and spacious in a super-chill, relaxing neighborhood. This apartment has hardwood floors, a good size living room, a dining area, full kitchen, and small hallway with cabinets. There are also 2 balconies (dining area + living area). Attached wall A/C in the living room and when both doors to the balconies are open there’s a nice cross breeze.

In the neighborhood of Brentwood, walking distance to the San Vicente Blvd. coffee/juice shops, workout studios, restaurants, Whole Foods, Vicente Foods + Pharmacy, CVS, the Brentwood Farmer’s Market (Sundays) , and other businesses. Great place to walk around and enjoy the day. It is also near the golf course and many people run/jog/walk around it. Next to Santa Monica and about 5 miles away from the beach/PCH/Ocean Ave.

A lot of the furniture in the living and dining area will be moved out. Let me know if you have any furniture for either room. Pictures are attached (except no bedroom pictures - my roommate just informed me of her move and so she hasn’t cleaned her room to let me take pics yet… stay tuned).
