Beautiful large bedroom with a queen bed (a brand new mattress will be bought and provided) with laminate floors with a beautiful shared bathroom. This room has a large wall mounted 4K SmartTV. There is FIOS Internet with several streaming apps.

All Utilities Included! (A/C, Electric, Gas, Water, High-speed Internet, Washer and Dryer). The house shares a 60“ LCD TV in the living room. The recently renovated kitchen features granite counters, all new appliances including a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet / pantry space. There is a tree-shaded deck off the rear of the house and an outdoor shed for some storage. Plenty of parking available (two spaces in front of the house and plenty of permit-free parking in the development). The community also features a swimming pool.

We are currently 1 girl (owner – lives in Basement), 2 guys, and a couple of cats. We all get along VERY well. MUST BE CLEAN as we maintain and keep the common areas very clean. We regularly watch movies together, chat, workout, cookout, etc. You don’t have to be social with us but if you ever want company, you can have that too! We are all working professionals. GMU is only 10 mins away. 66 and 495 are minutes away. Safeway, Domino’s, Baja Fresh and Starbuck’s are about a mile away in the Pan Am Shopping Center. The Vienna metro station is within walking distance as well (I’ve walked there many times).

I can send you more pictures of the house if you like. You won’t be disappointed!! The house is filled with colors, beautiful lighting and friendly people. The house stays pretty immaculate.

An interesting tidbit about this house is that it was featured on HGTV’s ‘Designed to Sell.’ You can view a clip of the show featuring this place by going to youtube and searching for ‘HGTV Fairfax.’ The house looks very different (for the better) than when it was featured on the show :)
