2bed, 1bath space available near River Park. One room is available for $660 (before wi-fi/PG&E) or the ENTIRE apartment is available for $1,280 (before wi-fi/PG&E). Laundry in unit. Both bedrooms have spacious closets with sliding mirror doors. There is a backyard that is suitable for a variety of things, like a tent, yoga, gardening and just getting some fresh air. The community has a pool with a cabana and a gym facility. The area is nice to take walks in to get some fresh air!

I plan on moving out ASAP so the apartment will become more available once I leave. For the time that we are together: I am good about keeping shared spaces clean. I also allow as much privacy as my roommates are comfortable with! I try to squash issues as soon as they arise. I have two kittens that will leave the apartment when I leave.
