Looking for a roommate for my 2b2b apt, on the 3rd floor of a nice quiet apt complex - complex is fairly new, has full amenities [pool, gym, lounge]. You get your own room/bath, shared kitchen/living area/patio. Walking distance to a sizeable shopping district, and a 5 minute drive from downtown Georgetown. This place is pretty comfy honestly.

I’m a mid-30s professional dude. I have a very friendly/social cat [who goes by kitty]. I currently work from home, so I’m home often but I do try to get out most days. I have a pretty calm lifestyle, usually on my computer, down-to-earth and trustworthy, easy to get along with.
