I am currently in the building process for my beautiful brand-new house on a cute corner lot. The move-in date is now at July 1st.

I am looking for 3 non-smoking, young professional roommates total for 3 bedrooms. I have two bedrooms to rent out that will share a bathroom. I’m also renting the large master bedroom. It comes with a master en-suite bathroom and includes a huge walk-in closet, double sinks, walk-in shower etc. Laundry room is in the house and has a washer and dryer.

I will be doing a full background and credit check and there will be a 12 month lease agreement.

This house is two stories, so the upper floor will be my private place. I’m just moving into this new space, so I will be buying my furniture. We can discuss what items y’all have.

Bedroom 1 & 2: $775 + split utilities (water, electric, gas, trash, wifi, monthly house cleaning, and landscaper) ~these bedrooms will share a bathroom and will have street parking. ~ Deposit : $775

Master Bedroom: $900 + split utilities (water, electric, gas, trash, wifi, monthly house cleaning, and landscaper) ~ Has private bathroom and this roommate will have a spot in the driveway. ~ Deposit: $900

Little bit about me: I’m female, 26, and I work full-time in finance. I just moved here last summer so I’m still getting to know Austin. I am clean, respectful, and laid-back. I am pretty outgoing, so I do go out occasionally, dinners, friends over, travel, happy hour, water activities etc.

I would like to find people similar to me to live with, meaning be respectful of others, responsible, clean, works full-time. I am okay with friends over, and overnight guests (as long as it is not all the time). Just make sure that everyone is respectful and a heads up is required.

This community is new, off 35 and north of 183. We are about 10 mins or less to the Domain and about roughly 20 mins from downtown. Close to Dell, Samsung, multiple other tech companies. It has a nice community pool that you will have access to (see attached) and a community basketball court.
