The location is perfect for Tamiami airport students, and miami dade college students (you don’t have to be a student to live in the apartment). You can use kitchen, living room, wifi, laundry and balcony. $650 is the rent per month. All bills are included. It’s an apartment with freedom to use common spaces and laundry. Atleast not with some family, who has some restrictions of not using kitchen or laundry or common areas.
