We have a room for rent in a HUGE three (3) Bedroom, two bath apartment in Los Feliz. We are located on a quiet, safe street close to Silver Lake, Hollywood, Griffith Park and Downtown. Only 8 blocks to the Sunset/Vermont Metro Red Line and close to other major transportation lines! Bedroom for rent is 11 x 12, has a large floor to ceiling closet and full size shelves for storage. Bedroom has independent heating and a/c, basic cable (in living room) and high speed WiFi internet, on street parking or one off street parking space (tandem). There is a shared bath with one other male roommate. Bath includes vanity, bathtub and shower combination with sliding doors.

Apartment has: Large shared living area including kitchen and dining area. Kitchen amenities include side-by-side refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a coin laundry facility in the building courtyard. We also have a maid come in twice a month to clean the common areas. Total monthly rent is $850.00 a month (all utilities, internet and maid are included). Total move in cost is $1850.00 (first & last month’s rent and cleaning deposit of 150.00). This is a month to month rental agreement.

We are a gay friendly household that consists of two cool professional, mature adult males, 40’s and 50’s both gay and one of us is a smoker, but is a considerate smoker. You must be comfortable with this arrangement. Relaxed atmosphere, though we keep the apartment neat and clean. We are pretty busy ourselves working different hours sometime from home.
