I am leaving the area for graduate school and (sadly) have to say goodbye to this great apartment. My lease is through November, and you have the option to renew. Includes your own bathroom (unless there are guests, and they use this bathroom–your rent is about $400 cheaper than master bedroom), parking, concierge, fitness/community center, and w/d in unit. 0.9mi from Ballston Metro. Great, safe neighborhood, with ample street parking for guests, or paid parking in the underground garage. We split utilities and it comes out to roughly $100/each during high times. If you need parking, add $75 to your monthly rent.

Your roommate is in her 30s and a full-time nurse. Definitely looking for someone that can connect as a roommate and not just another body in the apartment.
