Looking for someone to take over my lease on June 1st in Stillwater that runs until May 26, 2021. I am in a 4 bed & 3 1/2 bath 3000 sq ft house. I am a year older than my roommates, who are still living in the house for another year. I graduated and need to get out of my lease ASAP. I have 3 female roommates and you would have your own bedroom upstairs and share a large bathroom with 2 girls. Not pets allowed, however our downstairs roommate has an ESA cat who is the sweetest cat in the world. The craftsman style house has a giant backyard, 4 car parking, a huge basement, 2 living rooms, dining room, and a large kitchen with TONS of storage space. The basement is SO SPACIOUS and huge and the laundry (washer+dryer+table to fold clothes) is in a separate room in the basement. The house is a 10 minute walk to campus. There are is SO MUCH storage throughout the house in every room basically. The garage isn’t used for parking because of inconvenience, but there is 4+ car parking in the driveway and lot. The house is the cutest house ever and in such a great location. My roommates are my best friends in the world and great easygoing people, so no fear of roommate trouble. The house is completely furnished except for my bedroom that you’ll take. My bedroom is spacious with a great closet and a beautiful view from the vintage windows. Central Air/Heat. Landlord is really attentive and easy to work with. My roommates are females and great people. They like to have fun and go out but they also are dedicated to their studies and know when to be quiet! They are neat and very friendly and fun. Welcoming to every kind of person and such a fun positive atmosphere in the house.
