Rooms for sharing in a house at Redmond education hill, a room $700/month in a single-family home, 1,770 sq ft. Close to Microsoft (about 5 miles), walking distance to Redmond high school; 3 miles to Redmond town center, bus transit center, and Redmond Library.

Share kitchen and bathroom with other female roommates. Two refrigerators, dishwasher, furnace provided. Attached Garage.

Roommates need to share utilities and internet bills. Half-year or one-year rental lease required. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests. Single occupant only. No couple.

Move-in cost – one month security deposit, rent due every month before 5th Available immediately.

Currently, we have 4 housemates. Two housemates will move out after summer and then we will keep the total capacity as 4 in this house. All tenants are the excellent employees in different industries. Professional, reliable, kind, and easygoing.
