You get your own room in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Goleta. Bathroom is shared but everyone has a different schedule. All utilities together come to around $80 a month (we have the fastest internet money can buy). Nice backyard to lounge in. You’re walking distance from Los Carneros Lake and Stow Grove Park. Also, super close drive to Trader Joe’s etc on Calle Real.
About the roomies
I will be moving out (only to live with my best friend). You will be living with two men and a woman all in their mid 20’s. Everyone is super nice and cordial, cleans up after their own mess in a timely manner, and mostly keeps to themselves.
