There is a small balcony, a nice view of the Reston golf course, and tall, wide windows with lots of natural sunlight. There are many [paved] trails nearby and it is two miles from the W&OD trail. The complex includes a pool, lounge, gym, and occasional resident events (with food!). The parking is $65/month and the utilities are about $20 each month. Internet and electric are not included. My name is Bridget Thompson and I am 27 years old. I am looking for one roommate for my current two-bedroom apartment located near Reston Town Center (my current roommate is moving out end of July to mid August). I teach chemistry at South Lakes High School. I love to cook & bake, read, and train for triathlons. I am pretty laid black and keep a neat apartment. I have a cat named Lucy who is very sweet and loving, and could become attached to you pretty easily. I would not be able to have another new animal as it would stress her out and being back her UTIs. The common area is furnished but we can change it up if you have furniture. I am from Alexandria, VA and attended the College of William & Mary. I prefer someone who does not go out a lot. My Catholic faith is important to me.
