My roommate is moving out and our lease needs to be renewed for July 1st. I need to know to do a lease renewal sooner, more towards the end of May. Private bedroom, shared bathroom, half bath downstairs. I have a friendly cat so if your allergic to cats that might not work. We have one assigned parking spot and free parking first come first serve, my roommate and I have never really had a problem with parking. Utilities are usually around $100 or less each, they fluctuate but they’re in my name so we would just split it each month. Text me if your interested or want to know more!

I am pretty chill, my boyfriend lives down the street so either he’s over or I am over there every couple nights. I have lived here for 3 years and it is a super chill place to live and would like to stay for another year or so!
