Hi, me and my brother are looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in La Mirada. This ad is for a bedroom with a private bathroom that will be available beginning August 1st. The price is $915\month, utilities not included. There will be a deposit of $820 at signing (one year lease) which will be refunded if there’s no need for repairs or professional cleaning.. We are christian professionals working mostly from home and we’re looking for a christian male that is clean, respectful and wants a quiet environment where to work\study from. No drugs, drunkenness, parties or overnight guests allowed. There will be a background check you’ll have to pass. Thank you.
