We have an extra room for rent in our Gardena condo. It’s $800 a month plus $400 deposit. The room is ready to move-in June 1st, and available for viewing. Please give us a call or text on the number listed.

Rules:

• No overnight visitors.
• Room is for one person only.
• No drug use and excessive drinking.
• Street parking.
• Clean up after yourself when using the bathroom and kitchen areas.
• Rental Agreement required.

We are looking for a renter who is responsible, clean, stable income, and pays their rent on time. We will screen potential renters by running a credit check, and background check. This room is only for one person. We are laid back and easy going. There is a minimum stay of 6 months, then a month-to-month basis afterwards. Long term stay is fine.
