Redwood Avenue

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath, 2 story apartment. I have been here for a few years and it has become a very cute and cozy home. The apartment is in a safe building that requires a key to get into the building before getting into the apartment. There is a garage and laundry on site. It is walking distance to the Marina Del Rey movie theatre, tons of great restaurants, and markets. It is less than a mile from the marina and less than 2 miles from the actual beach. There are two standing balconies, one in the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms. I would let you choose which room you wanted. I am always down to switch things up.

My current roommate is moving out of state mid June so it will just be me in the apartment and I will be looking to have someone move in on July 1st, but you can potentially start moving things in sooner. I am 27 and have two part time jobs that keep me very busy. I serve and I also work at a yoga studio. I am also training to be a yoga teacher so I am usually out taking a class or studying at home. I am a super active person whether it’s running, hiking, or skateboarding, I like to be outside. When I am home I really enjoy zen time but I also like playing music on my speaker, watching tv, or cooking. I am very easy going. All I really ask from a roommate is to help with cleaning up and keeping our home nice and to just be respectful when using my things. I don’t mind sharing at all.
