Today I am offering to rent out one of my rooms in my Town House. Its a nice, quiet and comfortable space with a bathroom right down the hall. The bathroom will be shared with one other person so I hope that is ok. A little bit about the house. I bought it around four years ago when I was twenty one and since then I have done some remodels as well as upgrades. I put new carpeting in, Hardwood flooring, New Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Doors, Lighting, TV as well as painted the entire inside of the home. Its a nice part of town and its pretty quiet. You will have full access to the Living room, TV, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, Front and Back deck as well as any storage space you may need. I am also pet friendly. I take very good care of my home and I enjoy a clean space too! :-) I am open to anybody and I do ask that you are able to pay rent on time which is the first of every month. If your interested please contact me ASAP! If it seems like a good fit, You can put down a security deposit of $200. I would also need rent for the first and last month. It is myself (the owner of the house) and one other room mate. I am 25 years old and he is 19. we are pretty laid back and easy going. I myself do not smoke, however we are both 420 friendly and I don’t have an issue with it. We both really enjoy cooking as well! we have two cats named Dot and Bean! Both are friendly and lovable. I really enjoy fitness, Muay Thai (I’ve been doing that almost 20 years) boxing, running, Art, Animals, Traveling and I absolutely love animals! Both of us here at the house are clean and pretty tidy for the most part but the occasional mess does occur lol so don’t worry about that! Hope you all are well during these crazy times!
