We have one room available on June 1st in our upper level 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment in South Hill and only one block away from Heritage Hill. It is $410/month with water and garbage included. Gas, electric, and internet generally come out to $60-$70 in the warmer months. We are a 15-minute walk from the heart of downtown and are close to the 2, 3, and Silver Line bus routes. We also have one spot available for free off-street parking.

Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and who wants a comforting and clean place to come home to. My current roommate (female, early twenties, receptionist) and I (female, early twenties, vet assistant) are extremely chill and give people their own space to relax and recharge at home. Doing your dishes and basic courtesy goes such a long way in this apartment. We’re both generally quiet people on weekends. We would also want you to feel comfortable and happy in your home at all times, so good communication skills are key.

There are currently three dogs living in the house so we aren’t interested in having any more animals at this time. Digsby (11-year-old Boxer/Pit Mix), Anna (3-year-old Corgi Mix), Rosie (3-year-old Shepherd/Lab Mix).
