Ravenna's room

We’re looking for two people to fill a double in our house for a June-May lease or for a summer sublet! It’s close to the UC Berkeley campus and to several bus stops (51B, 79, etc) and BART. You’ll be sharing the ground floor with 4 others, and 3 more live in the top floor (with a separate entrance). The house has a laundry room, dishwasher, backyard, garage, and a dog! Some furniture can be sold from previous occupant if desired (bunk bed, desk). The rest of the house is fully furnished. We’re happy to set up a video tour if you’re interested!

All housemates are rising UC Berkeley seniors (with the exception of the dog Nova :)). We’re easygoing and respectful, all pretty busy so we’re rarely all home at the same time. We’re also all musicians! Looking for someone lgbtq+ friendly:)
