The apartment in located in Venice Beach. It’s in a safe and clean neighborhood and only a 5 minute walk, if even, to Abbot Kinney. Also is just a walk away from the beach. You have everything you need all around, literally can walk anywhere to get whatever you need.

My name is Kitt Smith. I’m having to move out of my current living situation in Venice bc the girl I was paying rent to wasn’t actually paying rent. I just moved to California in December from Raleigh, NC. I lived in Huntington for a month, Manhattan for three weeks, and have been in Venice Beach ever since. I like to go out on the weekends, do hot yoga, hike, brunch, and enjoy going on walks/runs. I’m 24 years old and I’m looking for a roommate around the same age, and with similar interests. I have a job and work 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday and it would be cool to have a roommate with a similar schedule.
