I have 2 bedrooms available in a home near the corner of 56th and pecos. Great location for getting downtown, to Regis, or up to boulder Via 36th. The home has a open floorplan upstairs with the kitchen and dining/living room, and 3 bedroom off to the side that I use for my bedroom, office and a guest bedroom. The 2 available bedrooms are located downstairs, and will share a bathroom. There’s a lot of open area downstairs so if you have a couch, office or want to set something up down there, the space is yours. There’s a large garage that you would be able to use for storing bikes, etc.

I’m 28 years old and work full-time from home in my office. I have a passion for the outdoors, which mainly contains mountain biking. I’m not a “partier” but enjoy hosting and having people over to hang out.
