Private bedroom and bathroom available as early as mid-June. It is located in the condo complex in Murrieta across from Mulligans. Deposit is $600. If deposit needs to be split up between two months that is okay. Rent is $800 plus utilities that will be split between us. Background check and credit check will need to be done at the expense of the renter, however if you end up signing a lease you will be refunded.
