Furnished room available in Deltona for a kind and caring male from the LGBTQ+ community. I’m looking for a fun, responsible and pet-friendly roommate that values a neat and peaceful home as much as I do. This home is a healing space, a place to retreat and a safe environment for everyone living here. It’s not a bachelor pad nor a party house.

The room has a king size bed, tv, nightstands, drawer chest and closet. This is a private home with large enclosed porch, pool and a fenced yard (clothing optional). Shared bathroom, living spaces, kitchen and washer/dryer. Rent includes all utilities and high-speed WiFi. Home has security cameras. No parties. No smoking indoors.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am I have two dogs who’ll bark when someone approaches the house. If your regular schedule requires you to come/go frequently during quiet hours, you won’t be a match as nobody will get any sleep.

I’m gay and disabled from a car accident. I can take care of myself but because of my health conditions, I don’t leave the house very much - I renovate when I can and I like spending time in the pool. Other than that I’m an easy-going, understanding, kind and caring individual who is open, honest and enjoys life a day at a time. I have a performing arts education but worked in IT for 15+ years.
