About the room
The pictures are our previous tenants setup.
We are looking for a summer roommate that is a student / intern / co-op.
The address is 10 minutes away from the New Carrollton Metro, and 10 minutes away from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
It comes with a queen bed, table, draws and 2 closets. There is a shared laundry room and a bathroom across the hall that will usually only be used by the tenant. There is a backdoor that leads to the floor for the room.
There is a small exercise room in the basement that tenant’s will be able to use. It has a treadmill, punching bag, bench and a few small weights.
The kitchen, fridge, and pantry will be shared with the house.
City says Hyattsville, but is New Carrollton.
About the roomies
We are a married professional couple that moved from Texas to Maryland. We are big board gamers and Dungeons and Dragons players.
