Move in May 1st. •NO COUPLES. The room is not big enough for 2 people. •$750 all bills included (electric, utilities, internet, & rent. $750 pays for nothing else), rent due on the 25th of each month. 2 months minimum with 2 weeks notice before you leave. If you are moving after 12 weeks then I expect notice at the end of week 10. No max amount of time, if we get along & everything works you can stay as long as you need. Convient location. Close to UTA and several grocery stores. Easy access to hwy 30, 820, & 180. Equi distance to downtown Fort Worth & downtown Dallas.

Current residents are myself-female 29 y/o, and another female 31 y/o.

25+ preferred, but open to all over 21. You will be expected to participate in household chores (please just clean up after yourself and help take the recycling out) must be open minded and mature. No cigarette smoking.

Private room w/ lots of natural light, shared bath. Kitchen/living room & washer/dryer/small yard access. There is a garage that is used for storage: boxes, motorbikes, bicycles, etc. Street parking but very close & no assigned spots, but we’ve never had a problem with parking. Your room is also where the wifi router is located, so it would be ideal for anyone working from home.

The room is unfurnished.

I have 2 female dogs, so no other pets. Looking for dog people. They really love people and they’re very friendly. They are poodle terrier mixes (not hypoallergenic). They get hyped when people come home, they can be barky. Hoping for someone that will let them outside if I’m at work. They’re typical energetic dogs for the first 20 minutes then they’re pretty chill.

3 roomies total including you Current roomies both female, 29 & 31. Looking to stay in this age range.

We both work dayshift. We are respectful, but also understanding and flexible when it comes to household noise. We don’t throw parties or have lots of friends over. We enjoy hanging out watching TV, playing with the dogs, or just talking. We’re very independent and would appreciate someone who is more interested in general socializing over becoming instant friends.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, friendly, drama free and looking to create a community environment. Someone who will pick up after themselves and keeps common areas clean. Looking for an easy going environment where all the bills are paid and we can ~vibe~ and not worry so much about paying rent.
