About the room
We currently bought a brand new house in Saddlecreek, Georgetown. The room available is not furnished, has a decent sized closet 3x7 feet wide. Room size is average, roughy 12x13 (we have not measured it lol)
About the roomies
Young couple (25 & 26), we are looking for someone clean, respects boundaries, both currently work, smokers are prohibited, we are friend friendly but please no parties. Family is always more than welcome. We have family over mostly weekends. Shared bathroom is the guest bathroom. There are no other roommates besides us. All appliances are brand new and would appreciate you take care of them as much as us. Washer and dryer is included in the home but not in the rental room price.
