We are looking for a MALE roommate for our shared space house just outside of downtown Lawrenceville. This space includes private and spacious master bedroom and bathroom. There are vaulted ceilings throughout the space and hardwood floors in the bedroom. We are showing this room now with a move-in date of June 23rd.

Leases are 90 days and then month-to-month. We handle all lawn care! Common areas are furnished. Private spaces are unfurnished. This house has cable and high speed internet with wifi. Utilities are divided by 3 and are not included in the $590 monthly rent. Parking is on the street in the culdesac.

We are a family business since 2002, incorporated since 2010, and we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Our fantastic residents are the key to our success and we have those residents because we are highly selective. Prospective housemates must have a clean criminal background, good housing history, verifiable income and excellent references. We run criminal background checks, eviction reports, full credit reports and check references on all applicants. Deposits are $300 for prospects with a credit score over 650. Prospects with lesser credit scores may be accepted (if other things check out) with a $600 deposit.
