This is a large, furnished room in a private home. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and safe. If you love dogs and are willing to walk “the girls”, I can offer a discount on rent. Prefer someone who is home a fair amount and is somewhat sociable.

I am a widow living in a 4-bedroom house. I am renting 2 of the rooms. I am quiet and friendly. You would be the first renter, so I can’t tell you who would inhabit the other room! My 2 dogs are very sweet, though!
