Light and bright 9’ x 12’ furnished (or can be unfurnished) bedroom & private bath of a 1-story house in safe quiet neighborhood in the West Boynton / Aberdeen area. Queen bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand with ceiling fan light with vaulted ceiling, full standard closet and some extra storage in linen closet. Utilities, Xfinity cable & wifi included. House has a lake view and a pool. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave etc. Parking in driveway. I am the home owner, looking for someone who just wants a room and their own privacy.

Single professional woman, non-smoker. I currently work from home but that may change in time. I’d prefer someone without a lot of house guests. I do have an older Shepard so please don’t have your own pets. You’d have own shelf in fridge, freezer and pantry drawer.
