Looking to fill one bedroom in a four-bedroom house in Five Points. Available ASAP.

The house itself is classic-looking but fully remodeled inside, including a huge kitchen with an island and modern stove/appliances, a full dining room with table, and a full living room. Three full bathrooms as well. Outside, we have a nice deck and a decently sized grass backyard.

The room itself comes partially furnished if you want, can fit a queen-size bed with room to spare, and has a large closet. We also have tons of storage in an unfinished basement.

The neighborhood is quiet (ample parking on the street right outside), but the house is seconds away from the bars and restaurants of Five Points—specifically Rosenberg’s, Spangalang, and Birdcall—and an easy walk to Uptown and RiNo. All utilities (internet, electricity, etc.) are paid by the landlord and included in the rental price.

Your roommates will be two guys and a girl in their late-20s to early 30s, all with rewarding jobs and who get along extremely well. We’re very active, and somebody is always heading out to climb, ski, hike, catch a concert, etc. We’re looking for somebody who can be respectful of their housemates and the space itself, as well as be fun to hang with when we’re all home.
