Alina's room

The room is spacious with plenty of natural lighting. The bathroom is private and located just outside the room. The kitchen is a U shape with a decent amount of counter and storage space. The living room is large for an apartment and has a connected balcony area.

There are several grocery store options with Ralph’s and Whole Foods being the closest. Both are at about a 3 minute walk. Vons is about a 3 minute drive with Rite Aid right next to it. There’s also Michaels, TJ Max, Ross, The Habbit, and Panda Express with in a 3 minute walking distance. Also, close by and within walking distance are the Americana and Glendale Galleria. GCC is also just up the road on Glendale Blvd.

There are a few nice parks with hiking trails close by. Verdugo Park is a 2 mile drive, Brand Park is a 3 mile drive, and Wildwood Canyon Park is an 8 mile drive. Plus, La Cañada and the Angeles Mountains are just north of us.

We are cousins, male and female, 37 and 33. We are both very crafty and artistic with a bit of a green thumb. We love having plants around the living space and just started a little herb garden on the balcony. There is a small terrier chihuahua mix as the baby of the house. Her name is Grymm and she’s around 7 years old. She can be a bit shy at first but she’ll come around to getting to know you the more she sees you.
