About the room
My condo is located within walk-able distance to the Bluebird Theatre, Sprouts, Cerebral Brewery and other bars and restaurants. The unit is furnished besides the rented room. The room includes a private bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are all in the unit. The Condo includes a community deck that has a grill and great views of the city and mountains. Lease will go until February 31st. Can be furnished if needed.
About the roomies
I am a 29 y/o female. I work Monday - Friday 8-5. I am from St. Louis, MO and have lived in Denver for 7 years. I enjoy hanging out with friends and getting outside on the weekends: skiing, camping, hiking, hanging at the park. I like to keep my living space and kitchen tidy. I don’t care what your personal space looks like.
