Reyna's room

We are looking for a third roommmate in a new home that was just purchased by the owner/ other roommate. You’ll have an 11x11 room with garage parking for 800 a month. Will have to share a bathroom with me, but it’s a large bathroom. Nice spacious house that was redone by previous owners located in Escondido. Nice backyard. We don’t allow additional pets or smoking on the property.

I’m a full time student at CSUSM and I am currently working as well. I’m a clean, laid-back person who just likes to relax when I’m not working or at school.

Alexandra is a palomar student who is transferring to CSUSM in the Fall. She has a dog who will be living on the property as well, so you must be dog friendly.
