We are looking for a roommate to share with us our beautiful three bedroom townhouse in Conshy just a short walking distance from the train station and the popular restaurants on Fayette St. You would have the entire third (highest) floor to yourself which includes the largest bedroom with walk-in closet and full bathroom (not furnished). My other roommate and I occupy the second floor which has two bedrooms and a bathroom that we share. The first floor is shared by everyone and includes an open living space and kitchen which is fully furnished, and a half bathroom. There is also an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer and lots of storage space. Lastly, there is a lovely three tiered backyard area and off street parking available. Rent would be $1,000 per month plus shared cable/internet and electric bills (total utilities is usually only around $40 each). This room is available in July. My roommate, Tori, and I are both 26 year old female professionals. We both work normal 9a-5p jobs nearby. On the weekends we enjoy going into the city for events or nights out. It’s usually pretty quiet during the week. I cook a lot especially during the week and the kitchen is a great open space for multiple people to be in at a time. We’re sad to have our other roommate moving out in July because we’ve grown to really love the location and townhouse and really want to find someone to fill her spot so we can stay. So we’d like to meet another girl around the same age with similar interests to join us!
