10th Avenue

The apartment is 800 square feet space- 2 bedroom, 1 shared bathroom. Building is a walk-up built in the 1900s but newly renovated with hardwood floors, new kitchen counter tops, and central AC/heating. Bedrooms can fit a queen sized bed and both are brightly lit with 2 tall windows. The apartment is fully furnished (my roommate can either move her furniture out for you or leave it in the room if you would like). There are 2 doors to enter the apartment that lead separately to each bedroom so we won’t bother each other if we get home at weird hours. Apartment is located conveniently 2 blocks away from Columbus Circle which has pretty much all the subway lines. It’s also 2 blocks away from Central Park and Riverside Park which are both great outdoor spaces.

I have been living in the apartment for 2 years now and love it here. My roommate is moving out because she just got a new job. I have an orange cat named Gretl who is very friendly towards other humans and loves to cuddle. I am an emergency medicine resident and am rarely home. I am clean and do not have people over often. I like to cook, travel, and go out salsa dancing (when there’s not a pandemic going on).
