Balcony overlooks USD and the hills surrounding. It also has a view of the Sea World fireworks during the summer. Attached garage is located on the ground floor. Gated community provides privacy for the entire neighborhood as well as a hot tub, pool, grilling area, pet relief areas, and a playground. Neighborhood is within walking or biking distance of Liberty Station, Ocean Beach, and tons of great restaurants and stores.
