We’re looking for a single housemate to fill a room on a sublease from June 1, 2020 until November 15, 2020. Lease can be renewed in Nov 2020.

We’re located in the Northpark neighborhood of Irvine, in a 2200 sq ft, 4 bed/2.5 bath house with a beautiful open kitchen and large living room - we all share the common spaces. Upstairs bathroom is shared with 2 roommates. The available room is spacious with a separate walk-in closet located just outside the room, and can come furnished for an additional fee.

Amenities: -washer/dryer in the garage, dishwasher, and 2 refrigerators -parking available in the garage, driveway and street parking -access to the community pool & jacuzzi, and a small private park -Irvine/Tustin Marketplace nearby (Target, REI, 24 hr fitness)

Details: Rent is $720/month, utilities split is usually $50/month, and a security deposit is due upon move-in ($720).

We currently have 5 people living in the house, a couple in the master bedroom and 3 single occupants in the other 3 bedrooms. The new housemate will replace the 5th person. We are looking for someone who is similar in age (early 20’s - early 30’s) and lifestyle. One housemate is a student (male), the rest are working professionals (females). Currently all are working from home due to the pandemic. Everyone in the house is friendly/laid-back, clean, respectful and communicative. We all live independently and do our own thing but we still socialize together, eat and play games from time to time! There is also an adorable 2 year old corgi.

No additional pets, no couples, and no children - this room is for one young professional.
