15 minute walk and 5 minute drive from Chapman Campus and the Circle. At the end of a cul de say of houses and apartments. Parking lots in between the apartments, available first come first serve. The condo is 2 story with 1.5 bath, full kitchen,living room and dining room and .5 bath. Garage is connected to the house with a washer and dryer. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms(1 master and 1 regular) and 1 bath. Master bedroom has full wall closet and balcony. Downstairs is furnished with most basic necessities including 2 couches, TV, desk and dining room table.
About the roomies
2 other roommates, female graduate student in the regular bedroom. You will be sharing with another female student tenant in the master bedrooms (wall dividers can be installed).
