Full size W/D hookups included in this cute little 1200 sq ft house. Tenant will have the Master bedroom that has walk-on bath with shower stall. Move in date as soon as 6/1/20. Rent is $800/month. Utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, internet) included in rent. I have a cat but my landlord says no more cats, but one small dog is allowed. Future tenant will undergo background and credit check through landlord, as well as rental references contacted. $25 initial application fee.
