About the house & me: Available June 1st (or earlier): master bedroom in a really sweet little beach house, I call it the PB Cottage :)

It’s a 15 X 16’ room with a private bathroom (no shower) a walk-in closet, and a patio door. It’s killer! All wood walls and ceilings, clean concrete floor, very cozy looking.

When I’m home I’m usually doing crafty projects, listening to music, cooking, or reading. I’m not a party animal, so I hope you aren’t one either. Must be a non-smoker!

I don’t own a TV so there is no cable to share…

Cleanliness: I do love a clean home, at the same time, the feeling of a warm and lived-in space is important - I’m flexible in adapting to the needs of my new roomie. The house has 1 1/2 bathrooms. The 1/2 is in the master bedroom (yours) and the full is technically mine, but we share the shower/bath which I keep very clean! I also am a firm believer that the kitchen sink is not a storage space for dirty dishes.
