What’s available:

• Master bedroom (approx. 13 x 14’) with walk-in closet and private bathroom (en suite) - 800/month + utilities
• Bedroom (approx. 12 x 12’) with bathroom shared by 2 people- 700/month + utilities
• Bedroom (approx. 9 x 11’) with bathroom shared by 2 people- 675/month + utilities

Roommates will have shared access to the washer and dryer upstairs and to the downstairs area, which includes an updated kitchen, dining room, living room and powder room.

I live onsite in a private in-law suite in the basement and I will also share the laundry and downstairs areas.

There are two assigned off-Street parking spots directly in front of townhome which are available for an additional $50/month each. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby.

• I would love to share my space with fellow nature lovers enjoy hiking, kayaking and everything else Burke has to offer.
• I have a 20’ dog who is very friendly and well behaved. My roommates would ideally be “dog people’ and must be ok with sharing common spaces with my dog. I am also open to considering roommates with pets on a case-by-case basis provided they have excellent references and get along with my dog.
