The Rental price includes all utilities (i.e. electricity, water + high speed internet). There is a $750 security deposit that is fully refundable at end of lease period. Home has large open eat-in kitchen, oversize pantry, washer/dryer, two spacious/comfortable sitting areas and large screened patio. Hardwood floors and tiles throughout common living areas.

Home is located in the Econ Woods community at end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking space in driveway or on the street. Very peaceful neighborhood with conservation area to the back of the community. Close to Waterford Lakes shopping and dining, 408, 417, 528.
