A place to be comfortable and enjoy being home. I have had 2 homes since my early twenties and never had a roommate that wasn’t happy living in my home (I’m 37 now). It’s a positive, friendly atmosphere, because it’s important to feel where you live is home. If you’re a respectful, responsible person, you’ll enjoy being here. I don’t lock people into a long lease, so that if it’s not a fit or they find something better they can move. I do 3 month lease and then a month to month – basically the least amount of commitment on your end. There are 3 rooms available for rent – 2 of them go for $700 and a larger one for $800. This includes all utilities! The larger room is 14ft by 12ft with a walk in closet and nice view, and the other two are 10ft by 10ft.. There is a very nice garage that’s been turned into a gym. There is a big backyard with a beautiful balcony view and patio furniture. There is also a beautiful trail behind the house which extends for miles – great place for a relaxing walk or run. The neighborhood is really safe - mostly elderly people or young families. No pets accepted (unless it’s one pet and very well behaved and cleaned up after then maybe) and not more than one occupant per room. The last month’s rent is the deposit and it’s due within the first month of moving in – more lenient than most places where its due right away. Unlike most apartment complexes, you will get your deposit back when you leave if there are no obvious, serious damages. So, send me message me. Then come check out the place and meet me.
