My fiance and I are renting one room in our 3 bd/1bathroom home. About the home: You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with us. The bedroom is perfect for a single person (no couples) with your own closet.

About us: We are quiet working people. My partner is in grad school so we would prefer someone who is able to respect a lowkey environment. Our ideal candidate would be between 25-35 (female preferred) and work full time/or go to school. We keep a clean home and would expect the same from you.
