Furnished room ( has a desk and a chair ) for rent in my home which is located in the rose garden available 5/1/2020. $950 a month all utilities paid.

The house is a 3 three bedroom, 2 bathrooms (you would share with only one other housemate), hardwood floors, ceiling fan, private room, housekeeper, Gardner, convenient to local grocery stores, park and Valley Fair Mall.

There is plenty of street parking, and full use of the kitchen. No smoking, drugs or pets.

I am the owner of the house. The location is near Santa Clara University. Very clean and quite home. Safe and easy going.
