Unfurnished bedroom available in house located close to Little Creek Base. Bedroom is on the upper floor of a split level house. There will be no shared walls with any other people! Bedroom has double closets with built in storage shelving. Bathroom could possibly be shared with no more than one other person. Living room, dining room, and kitchen is fully furnished. The backyard is large and fully fenced. House has a smart home security system that covers every entrance to the house. All utilities and wifi included.

I am a 28 year old female, active duty Navy, and I am the owner of the house. I’m very friendly and keep a very drama free lifestyle. I will be gone often because of work. I’m clean and like to keep things tidy. I mostly keep to myself and do not party, drink, smoke anything, or do any drugs.
