The apartment is basically furnished but there is a sunroom with very little furniture, so if you have something you’d like to put in there you can! It’s pretty spacious, with an open floor plan lots of windows. You’d have your own bathroom across the hall from your bedroom. There is also a decent sized closet in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully functioning and there is a laundry room in the apartment as well. I didn’t have any pictures when I made this ad but will be more than happy to send some upon request. Because of my profession, I have a zero policy for drugs and can’t be around it. But on the bright side, there’s about 7 police officers that live in the complex so it’s relatively safe. Also, the $50 is for your application and background check for the apartment. The apartment complex has a pool and a small gym area, as well as an indoor basketball court.

Hi! My name is Lexie! I’m looking for a roommate because my sister is moving to South Carolina. I have two dogs, so I can’t have anymore in the apartment due to restrictions. My dogs are pretty great though and hopefully you’ll love them. I’m kind of a neat freak but not that bad, I promise. I keep the temperature pretty low because I have trouble regulating my temperature and get hot easily, but there is an abundance of blankets here. I do have a boyfriend that comes and hangs out, but I also go to his place often. I also work some odd hours, so hopefully it doesn’t bother you. I will try to be as quiet as possible when I come in, I just ask that you try to be courteous to my sleep as well! I’d like someone with similar interests that I can hang out with, because I’m looking for more than just a roommate. I would love to get to know you and hopefully find a great friend!
