About the room
Hey y’all! This is a strange time to be seeking roommates, but I have a great house and want to open it up. This is an excellent opportunity for folks looking to establish a roomie style home - as in, this isn’t “my” house it would be our home!
About the house: 3br, 2 bath, newly remodeled ranch in Donelson Hills neighborhood. All updated plumbing and beautiful refinished wood floors. Brand new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and washer/dryer). Big fenced in backyard with patio and large shed. There’s a ton of attic space for storage as well. Living room area and a large room that could be used as a shared den/office/music or art space.
Lease runs through 4/2021.
$625 - Bedroom 1: 11’ 4“ x 9’ 10“ - Decent closet $500 - Bedroom 2: 11 x 9.5’ - the closet is small (but you could use the closet in the second bathroom!)
The third bedroom is the master and the one I’m currently in.
Bathroom 1: Full bath w/ tub Bathroom 2: No tub, but spacious shower. Large walk-in closet When all roomies are together we can chat bout how these bathrooms would be shared.
Looking for roommates who are: any gender, good communicators, wants your own space but maybe into sharing some meals together. Would be a plus if you’ve had roommate experience as well, but not a deal-breaker.
LGBTQ+ Friendly, no smoking or drugs plz. Small dogs considered on a case by case basis.
Deposit is one month’s rent. Electric, water, and yard maintenance are shared costs. So I know you’re not spam and that we could make a good connection, please reply to this post by telling me about your favorite movie or tv show so I know you’re not a bot!
About the roomies
I work as a designer, I love rollerskating, I cook a ton, and in normal times love to entertain and have folks over for cookouts or movie nights. Art and music are important to me. I’m pretty new to Nashville as well, so I’m looking forward to building community here. I’m 41, cis-female, I have a very small dog. I like to keep a peaceful, clean house and have lots of experience with having roommates in the past.
I’ve been working professionally in environmental sustainability in one way or another for a long time and I bring in environmentally friendly practices into my living space (recycling, composting, energy efficiency, etc.)
